Ledger by Tresura
HR and payroll software for Malaysian companies, with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB worked out for you.

Overview
Ledger is an all-in-one business workspace for Malaysian companies. It launched with HR and payroll for small and medium businesses, from a handful of staff to a few hundred, that want to stop running payroll on spreadsheets.
Self-service sign-up opened on 21 October 2026. External companies are demo-testing it. The finance modules (petty cash, invoices, receipt scanning) are already built and are held back until HR and payroll are proven.
My role
I founded Ledger and lead the product. I am also its only developer. I write the requirements, make the design calls, and direct AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and others) through the build. Then I test every release over several rounds before it goes to production.
Heptix Trading Sdn. Bhd. reviewed the project in April 2026 and has funded and supported it since. Major decisions are aligned with management.
What it does
Payroll and statutory
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SKBBK, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp levy
- Payroll goes draft → review → approved → locked, with a permission for each step
- Off-cycle runs for bonuses, final settlements and corrections
- Payslips, payroll history, year-to-date and pay-item reports
Government and bank files
- KWSP e-Caruman, PERKESO (SOCSO, EIS, SKBBK) and LHDN CP39 files
- EA forms (C.P.8A, Pin. 2024) as PDF; CP22 and CP22A tracking
- Salary files in each bank’s published layout (RHB, Hong Leong)
- Hong Leong confirmed the ConnectFirst file format (Oct 2026)
HR
- Employee records, departments and org chart
- Spreadsheet import that checks the data before it saves anything
- Leave and work-from-home with approval rules you set
- Attendance with a location check, claims with receipts, HR documents
- My HR: each employee sees their own payslips, leave and tax details
Security and control
- Roles and permissions, checked on the server
- Each company’s data kept separate from every other company
- Audit log of sensitive changes
- Two-factor sign-in, sign out of all devices, rate-limited login
LHDN confirmation. In a letter dated 29 September 2026, LHDN confirmed that Ledger’s PCB/MTD 2026 calculation meets its required specification. Heptix Trading is listed as payroll software provider No. 262. The confirmation covers the PCB/MTD calculation only, not the whole platform.

Where it stands
HR and payroll are released first. Finance, Maya AI and Relay Messenger are on the roadmap for 2027. Those dates are targets, not commitments.
Ledger uploads nothing to banks and moves no money. Companies download each file and upload it to their bank themselves.
